• Call 1-888-627-7217.
• Tell them you are making reservations for the IAGLCWDC Annual Convention.
• The low hoedown rate is $129 USD per night for up to 4 people (plus applicable state and local taxes, currently 15%).
• The "cut-off date" has been extended until Friday, May 11, 2007 at 5 PM EDT (local time in Atlanta). YOU MUST MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS PRIOR TO THIS DATE AND TIME or you will have to pay the hotel's regular published rates. We don't think the hotel will be willing to extend the date again.

• Check-in is 3:00 PM
• Check-out is 12:00 PM (noon)
• Valet parking is available.
• When making reservations, the hotel requires a one-night's deposit (plus taxes), payable by cash, check, credit card, or money order. This deposit is refundable if you cancel forty-eight (48) hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
• Once you arrive, if you check out early, the hotel will charge you a $75 early departure fee.
