Because The Peach Stampede is not hosted by a specific club, individual volunteers are vital to its success.

If you are interested in volunteering to help during The Peach Stampede, please contact Mike McGee.

Some positions require a one or two-day early arrival and/or a one or two-day extended stay at the volunteer's expense.

All positions are 100% voluntary. No volunteer gets paid or compensated in any way. We do this for free because we like it! All volunteers pay full registration, pay full price for t-shirts, dangles, and other hoedown-related items for sale, and pay for their own rooms at the negotiated hoedown rate--just like all other attendees.

• DJ/Sound System Coordinator
• Dance Floor Manager - makes sure the dance floor is in top condition at all times
• Advertising Procurement Assistant
• Registration Table Assistant
• Dance Competition Assistants - various duties
• Exhibitions Assistant/Proctor
• Rehearsal Coordinator/Assistant/Proctor
• Dance Workshop Assistant/Proctor
• Raffle Supervisor/Assistant - various duties
• Opening Ceremonies Planning Assistant
• Ballroom Decoration Assistant
• Hospitality Room Assistant - various duties
